Our cars are presented immaculate for every guest. This policy sets out how they may be used during your rental, whether you drive yourself or travel with one of our chauffeurs.
Authorised drivers
Only the driver named on the booking, or one of our chauffeurs, may drive the vehicle. The vehicle may not be sub-let, lent or used to carry passengers or goods for hire.
Where you can drive
Rates cover use within city limits. Travel to other cities or to the northern areas must be agreed at booking. Sedans and hatchbacks must stay on paved roads; off-road driving is only permitted in 4×4 vehicles on routes agreed with us.
Not permitted
For everyone’s safety, the following are not allowed:
- Smoking, vaping or carrying illegal substances in the vehicle.
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or while unfit to drive.
- Racing, rallying, towing or driving instruction.
- Carrying more passengers than the vehicle has seat belts, or loads that could damage the interior.
- Carrying weapons, hazardous materials or anything prohibited by law.
- Removing or altering decorations, tracking devices or vehicle equipment.
Fuel and care
Self-drive vehicles are handed over with a recorded fuel level and should be returned with the same level, or the difference is charged. Please keep the vehicle locked when unattended and return it in reasonably clean condition. Excessive dirt, sand or stains will incur a cleaning charge.
Chauffeur-driven trips
Our chauffeurs follow traffic law and safe driving hours, and may decline a request that is unsafe or breaks this policy. Chauffeur charges, meals, rest and overnight arrangements are set out in our Chauffeur Policy.
Traffic fines
The renter is responsible for traffic fines, e-challans, tolls and parking charges incurred during a self-drive rental, including those notified after the vehicle is returned.
