Information we collect

We only collect what we need to arrange your booking:

• Booking details you send us — your name, pick-up city, dates, chosen vehicle and any notes.
• Contact details — your WhatsApp number and, where you share them, phone number or email.
• Identity and licence documents — a copy of your CNIC or passport and, for self-drive hire, your driving licence.
• Trip records — handover photos, fuel and mileage readings, and any incident reports.

How the booking form works

The reservation form on this website does not store or transmit your details to our servers. When you tap “Send on WhatsApp”, the form opens WhatsApp with your request pre-filled. Nothing is sent until you choose to send the message yourself.

Messages you send us on WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Confirm availability, quote rates and manage your reservation.
• Verify your identity and eligibility to drive, as required for self-drive hire.
• Deliver and collect the vehicle and coordinate your chauffeur.
• Handle payments, deposits, damage claims, traffic fines and legal obligations.
• Contact you about your booking. We do not send marketing messages without your consent.

Sharing

We never sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary: with our chauffeurs to complete your trip, with insurers or repairers after an incident, and with the police or other authorities when the law requires it.

Retention and security

We keep booking records and document copies only for as long as needed to complete the rental, resolve any claims and meet legal and accounting requirements, after which they are deleted. Access is limited to staff who need it to serve you.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store basic technical data needed to display the site.

Your choices
