These terms apply to every vehicle rented from Dynamic Car Rental, with or without a chauffeur. By confirming a booking you agree to them, together with our Usage Policy, Damage Policy and, for chauffeur-driven hire, our Chauffeur Policy.
Bookings
Requests made through our website or WhatsApp are not confirmed until we reply with availability and a final quote and you accept it. Rates on the website are starting daily rates for use within city limits and may change with dates, duration and demand.
Eligibility
For self-drive hire, the main driver must:
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Hold a valid Pakistani driving licence for the vehicle category, or a valid international licence with passport.
- Provide an original CNIC or passport for verification at handover.
Rental period
A rental day is 24 hours from the agreed pick-up time for self-drive, and a working day as agreed at booking for chauffeur-driven hire. Late returns or extra hours are charged at the rates quoted at booking. Please tell us early if your plans change.
Payment and security deposit
Payment terms are confirmed at booking. Self-drive rentals require a refundable security deposit before handover. The deposit is returned after the vehicle is checked in, less any charges for damage, fuel, extra time, fines or cleaning set out in these terms.
What is included
Unless stated otherwise in your quote, rates cover the vehicle only. For chauffeur-driven hire, chauffeur charges — the driver’s fee, meals, overtime and any overnight stay — are added as set out in our Chauffeur Policy. Fuel, tolls, parking and out-of-city travel are charged separately.
Cancellations
You may cancel or change a booking by messaging us. Cancellations made close to the pick-up time, or no-shows, may incur a charge, which we will tell you when you book. If we cannot provide your vehicle, we will offer a comparable car or a full refund of any advance.
Liability
We maintain every vehicle in good, roadworthy condition. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by traffic, weather, road closures or events outside our control, or for personal belongings left in the vehicle. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of Pakistan.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We will always try to resolve any concern with you directly first.
